The set features ABS handles and stainless steel sharpened blades, as well as stainless steel caps. For care instructions, it is recommended to wash the cutlery gently by hand under running hot water and wipe it off immediately after. Most of the products, excluding those with natural wood handles, are also dishwasher safe. The knives should be dried with a soft cloth.
