Stainless Steel Blades with Riveted Handles The blade, made of high-grade stainless steel, is stamped, ground, and polished by master cutlers through over 25 different manual production stages. The handles are then expertly riveted onto the grip, giving each knife its own unique character.

Care and Authenticity We recommend gently hand-washing your cutlery under running hot water and wiping it off immediately after. Most products, excluding those with natural wood handles or brass detailing, are also dishwasher safe.

Authentic Laguiole knives are stamped with the brand name and country of origin, and come with a certificate of authenticity. Counterfeits, often made of low-end steel, are produced outside of France and lack the country of origin stamp.

Micro-serrated knives, meanwhile, do not require sharpening and will retain a sharp cutting edge for the lifetime of the knife.
